I love hiking, football, cooking, weight lifting, travel (particularly road trips & national parks), spaghetti, the great outdoors, summer nights, bonfires, and the sounds of silence.

I also love 5 star hotels, designer everything and spending way too much money on sunglasses that I don’t take care of. 

I'm a news and politics junkie with very strong opinions.  I love satire, sarcasm, and irreverence mixed with a healthy dose of good trouble.

Recovered good girl here to show women how to stop being good so they can be free…my coaching is here to empower women to stop living for everyone else so they can finally live for themselves.

I’ve been in business almost 7 years. I’ve had the highest of highs ($50k months, multiple 6 figure years, $25k pay in full clients, sold out retreats) to the lowest of lows (watching it all disappear seemingly over night and hang out in the dark night of the soul for 2 years).

This year has been my build back year as I trade big sexy wins, adrenaline highs and the chaos of success for deep roots and sustainability.

I’m consolidating all of my offers, simplifying and streamlining, and working to build my brand from authenticity & the audacity that who I am and what I want to say is enough.
