MEET EMILIE

Emilie is a spiritual+success coach helping entrepreneurial and career driven women find the freedom, courage, and power they continue to chase in all the wrong places.

My mission is to help women come back home to themselves, to cultivate & trust their intuition, and gain the courage to create the life they really want by being authentically themselves (in a world that prefers they be anything but).

Combining both mindset, spirituality, and practical action, I teach women how to find and follow their own wisdom to create a life by design, not default, all without following "their" rules, abandoning themselves, or sacrificing what matters most.

GUILT

When we can let go of other's expectations and live by our own rules, guilt will leave us. We only feel guilty when we are living or acting in accordance with what we think we "should" be doing. When we rewrite our shoulds, guilt disappears.

OVERWHELM

When we realize that overwhelm doesn't actually exist (even though it really feels like it!) we can begin to get freedom from it. Overwhelm is simply a filter through which we perceive life and can be done when we decide to let it go.

IDENTITY

Reconnecting with who we are and defining ourselves beyond the roles we play is difficult. Society tells us once we're mothers, we no longer matter. Not true. Figuring out who we really are is vital in becoming the grounded moms we want to be.

RULES

Your life is only limited by the rules you live by, so why do we live according to other's rules and expectations? Deciding how you're going to live and what standard's you'll hold yourself to is the first step breaking free.

SELF WORTH

Until you know who you are, what you want, and that you are totally worthy of all of it, you will never have the life you desire. You must believe and know you're entitled to everything you want.

PLEASURE

Instead of doing it all, poorly, we must learn to slow down and really savor our lives. When we make time to enjoy ourselves, when we prioritize pleasure, we are that much closer to living in the present moment.

SELF CARE

You cannot hear your own voice until you slow down enough to shut out all the others. We must fill ourselves up, feed our soul, connect with our intuition and take care of wants and needs before we can be the moms we want to be.

DESIRES

We cannot build the lives we love until we reconnect with our wants and desires. We must know who we are and what we want before we can get there.

FEARS

So many of us live and parent from a place of fear. But we cannot create lives we love while playing not to lose. We have to start dreaming big and playing to win, without fear holding us back.

FAITH

Until we believe in ourselves, until we believe life is available to us and everything we want is out there, we won't have the courage to try. We must trust the universe has our back and that support & guidance is always available to us.

SURRENDER

Learning to let go while holding hope is one of the most challenging (but vital) steps in building a life you love. Only when we let life take us where we're meant to go will we connect with our true power.

GIRL POWER

Women are powerful forces and we forget that we are capable of so much. When we connect with our sisters, all women throughout time, and our femininity, we can step into our inner Queen. And only from Queen can we create the lives we want.
