I'm Emilie, have we met?

I spent my entire life striving to be good and do things the right way, but even with a solid marriage and 4 happy healthy kids I wanted more. I was overwhelmed & overworked, feeling under appreciated and invisible, knowing I was capable of being, doing, and having so much more (but terrified that choosing myself meant abandoning my kids).
When I started confronting that story and finding myself, I found freedom, peace, and such a deeper connection with my family.
I decided instead of telling my kids to love themselves, trust themselves and follow their dreams, I would show them how.
