April is for new beginnings

I'm so excited to bring you the first issue of my new monthly "magazine" (okay fine it's a newsletter). My intention is to fill this with really useful, practical, life stuff you can apply right away.  Think recipes, organization, time management, capturing the memories, enjoying your life, fitness, food, and fun sprinkled with some fuckery and ass kicking reminders to forget the rules and write your own. Think new content slathered in my signature "don't you play small" sauce.

In the spirit of new beginnings, I'm cooking up something new. Something that deviates a bit from my usual content but feels fresh & fun. Most of all, I want to practice what I preach...follow what feels fun, it doesn't have to make sense and you don't need to fit in any damn box.

While I consider myself a life coach, spiritual badass mentor, and bitch who's got your back first and foremost...I am also a mom of 4 getting through the days, dealing with meals and schedules and marriage and fitness and while I do talk about some of that in my content, I wanted a new place to share the behind the scenes tidbits that help me keep the wheels on.

I also want to bring in extra inspiration, interviews, meditations, short trainings and more.

I see this evolving and growing, but for now, I hope you'll dive in and enjoy!

 

Monthly Mantra

Mantras are my go to, "write it on my forehead, don't you dare forget" reminders to fall back on when shit gets tough. It's my anchor to my intention. A lifeline back to my highest self. Try on my mantra (or use it as inspiration to write your own). Set it as a daily reminder, phone background screen, use it in your journal, or put it up on a post-it somewhere you'll see through out the day...but most of all visit it often.
