Mom of 4, wife, and coach with a big to do list but even bigger goals. I spent the first 30 years of my life as a first born, good girl, over achieving, A+ student, hard working my way through life. From my first job detasseling corn in the sweltering summer heat at 12 years old, to juggling 3 jobs and a full course schedule as I put myself through college...achievement, organization, and staying on top of a busy schedule has been my way of life for as long as I can remember.

Today though, I finally know how to get more done, while doing less, better. Instead of being plagued by overwhelm, exhaustion, and overworking, I spend my time and energy on what I want most, a life that includes motherhood but isn't defined by it.
